Return Policy

GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY: All of our products are manufactured by Metrokane. We provide a 100% satisfaction guaranty for a period of thirty (30) days from shipment date. (In the Christmas Season, beginning December 1st, the 30 day term begins the day after Christmas. No returns or credits are issued after 30 days for any reason.

Metrokane provides additional Warranties. All Rabbit Wine Openers have a 10 Year Metrokane warranty. All Houdini Wine Openers have a 5 Year Metrokane warranty. Click Metrokane Warranty & Service for complete details.

If a product is defective, or we have made a shipping error, and you have notified us within 30 days, we will replace it at no charge to you, and we will arrange for a pickup for the defective product at our expense.

If you have mis-ordered a product or wish to return a non-defective product, you must pay for return shipping, and we will credit back your card with 85% of the original purchase price, as you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale. This request must be made within 30 days.

Please call or email for a Return Authorization before returning any product.

We do not accept returns of opened, non-defective products.
